If a Change of Control Repurchase Event occurs, unless the Issuer has exercised its right to redeem the Notes as described in Condition 6(b) or Condition 6(c) above in full, the holder of each Note will have the right to require the Issuer to redeem that Note on the Change of Control Repurchase Event Put Date at 101 per cent. of its principal amount, together with accrued and unpaid interest (if any) (including Additional Amounts) to, but excluding, such date.
