Common use of Redemption Amount Clause in Contracts

Redemption Amount. Unless the Notes have been previously redeemed or purchased and cancelled, the Redemption Amount in respect of each Specified Note Denomination will be determined by the Calculation Agent according to the following formula, the resultant amount to be rounded to the nearest one hundredth of a US$ with US$0.005 being rounded upwards, provided that so long as the Notes are represented by a Global Certificate, the Redemption Amount shall be calculated in respect of the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Notes by substituting such aggregate amount for each "US$0.01" in the formula:
