Common use of Redemption Amount Clause in Contracts

Redemption Amount. The “Redemption Amount” of each Class 2 Reorganization share will be Cdn$0.02, payable in cash, promissory note, assets with a deemed value as determined by the board of directors of the Company, or any combination thereof.

Redemption Amount. The “Redemption Amount” of each Class 2 Reorganization share will be Cdn$0.02Cdn$44,000 divided by the number of Class 2 Reorganization shares issued and outstanding on the effective date of the arrangement as contemplated in the Arrangement Agreement, payable in cash, promissory note, assets with a deemed value as determined by the board of directors of the Company, or any combination thereof.
