Common use of Redelivery of Documentation Clause in Contracts

Redelivery of Documentation. If any form or certification previously delivered by a Recipient pursuant to this Section 5.9 expires or becomes obsolete or inaccurate in any respect, such Recipient shall promptly update the form or certification or notify Borrowers and Agent in writing of its inability to do so.
