Common use of Redactions Clause in Contracts

Redactions. COI may, at its sole discretion, redact information from the Contract prior to publishing for one or more of the following reasons: o national security; o personal data; o information protected by intellectual property law; o information which is not in the public interest to disclose ( under a Freedom of Information Act analysis) o third party confidential information; o IT security; or o prevention of fraud 1. This amendment comes into force on 23rd March 2011.
