Common use of Recyclable Materials Clause in Contracts

Recyclable Materials. “Recyclable Materials” means materials that can be reused, or remanufactured or processed for one or more forms of reuse.

"Recyclable Materials" includes mixed recyclables.

The term “Recyclable Materials” or “Recyclable Material” means glass, fibrous material (including paper, cardboard, newspaper) wood, Greenwaste and organic material, food waste, concrete, plastic, ferrous and non-ferrous metal, aluminum and any other materials that can be reused, or remanufactured or processed for one or more forms are capable of reusebeing Recycled.
