Common use of Recyclable Materials Collection Data Clause in Contracts

Recyclable Materials Collection Data. The Contractor shall provide to the Village and SWALCO a quarterly report, broken down by month, on the weight (in tons) of all Recyclable Materials collected from Customers under this Agreement. The report shall also contain an approximate count of the number of Customers from which Recyclable Materials have been collected, in order to determine participation and diversion rates. Failure to report the data required by this Section 4.5 may result in the Village assessing the Contractor up to $100, as stipulated liquidated damages and not as a penalty, for each day the required data is not submitted to the Village or SWALCO.
