Recyclable Material. “Recyclable Material” means all organic and non-organic materials the Contractor is required to Recycle, including but not limited to glass, aluminum, paper and green waste. Listing of Recyclable Material can be found in Exhibit E which may be changed from time to time by agreement of the County and Contractor, or pursuant to the provisions of Section 12.b and Section 17 of the Franchise Agreement.
