Recyclable Material. Those materials that are capable of being recycled and 400 which would otherwise be processed as Organic Waste or disposed of as Garbage. 401 Recyclable Material includes newsprint (including inserts); mixed paper (including 402 magazines, catalogs, envelopes, junk mail, corrugated cardboard, xxxxx bags and paper, 403 paperboard, paper egg cartons, office ledger paper, and telephone books); glass containers; 404 aluminum beverage containers; scrap and cast aluminum (not exceeding forty (40) pounds 405 in weight nor two (2) feet in any dimension for any single item); steel including “tin” cans, 406 aerosol cans (empty, non-toxic products) and small scrap (not exceeding forty (40) pounds 407 in weight nor two (2) feet in any dimension for any single item); bi-metal containers; plastic 408 bottles (#1-#7); aluminum foil and pans; concrete; used motor oil and filters; dry cell 409 household batteries when contained in a sealed, heavy-duty plastic bag; and those 410 materials added by the CONTRACTOR from time to time.
Recyclable Material. Recyclable Containers and Recyclable Paper delivered as either Single Stream or Dual Stream materials.
Recyclable Material. “Recyclable Material” means all organic and non-organic materials the Contractor is required to Recycle, including but not limited to glass, aluminum, paper and green waste. Listing of Recyclable Material can be found in Exhibit E which may be changed from time to time by agreement of the County and Contractor, or pursuant to the provisions of Section 12.b and Section 17 of the Franchise Agreement.

Recyclable Material. Recyclable Material shall mean a material that has been recovered or diverted from the non-hazardous waste stream for purposes of reuse, recycling, or reclamation, a substantial portion of which is consistently used in the manufacture of products that may otherwise by produced using raw or virgin materials. Recyclable Material is not Solid Waste. However, Recyclable Material may become Solid Waste at such time, if any, as it is abandoned or Disposed of rather than recycled, whereupon it will be Solid Waste, with respect to the person actually abandoning or Disposing of such material.

Recyclable 390 Material includes Newspaper (including inserts, coupons, and store advertisements); Mixed 391 paper (including office paper, computer paper, magazines, junk mail, catalogs, xxxxx paper 392 bags, xxxxx paper, paperboard, paper egg cartons, telephone books, grocery bags, colored 393 paper, construction paper, envelopes, legal pad backings, shoe boxes, cereal, and other similar 394 food boxes, paper towels, paper with plastic coating, paper contaminated with food, wax paper, 395 foil-line paper, Tyvex non-tearing paper envelopes); Shredded paper (must be bagged); Plastic 396 bags (must be bagged; used for dry cleaning, groceries, newspapers); Milk and juice cartons; 397 Corrugated cardboard; Chipboard; Glass containers of any color (including xxxxx, clear, and 398 green glass bottles and jars); Aluminum (including beverage containers and small pieces of 399 scrap metal); Steel, tin, and bi-metal cans; Mixed plastics, including bottles, jars, tubs and 400 containers, all types and colors, Plastics 1-7; Bottles including containers made of HDPE, 401 LDPE, or PET; Used motor oil (Collected in used oil recovery kits outside of Recyclable Material 402 Cart); Used oil filters (Collected in used oil recovery kits outside of Recyclable Material Cart); 403 Used household batteries (Collected in a sealed, reusable clear zipper type bag outside of 404 Recyclable Material Cart); Polyethylene film plastics (including bags for dry cleaning, groceries, 405 produce and bread, bubble wrap, newspapers, and other stretchable plastic films); Aseptic 406 packaging; Candles; CDs & DVDs; Rigid plastics; Empty aerosol cans; Scrap aluminum foil and 407 pans; Scrap metal less than 40 lbs; Small kitchen appliances less than 40 lbs. (i.e., toasters, 408 microwaves, non-Freon containing appliances); Waxed Cardboard (subject to market 409 conditions); and those materials added by the CONTRACTOR from time to time.
Recyclable Material. 15 Newsprint (including inserts); mixed paper (including magazines, catalogs, 16 envelopes, junk mail, corrugated cardboard, Kraft brown bags and paper, paperboard, 17 paper egg cartons, office ledger paper, and telephone books); glass containers; 18 aluminum beverage containers; small scrap and cast aluminum (not exceeding sixty 19 (60) pounds in weight nor two (2) feet in any dimension for any single item); steel 20 including ”tin” cans and small scrap (not exceeding sixty (60) pounds in weight nor two
Recyclable Material. Recyclable Material includes any material or substance that can be put to beneficial re-use or sold in recognized markets for purposes other than disposal, including without limitation uncontaminated non-hazardous corrugated cardboard, white paper, newsprint and other paper; plastics and plastic film; ferrous and non-ferrous metals; and glass.
Recyclable Material. 24 CONTRACTOR shall not at any time prior to weighing the collected 25 materials, commingle Recyclable Material collected during the provision of SFD 26 Recycling Service with Recyclable Material collected during the provision of MFD 27 Recycling Service.
Recyclable Material. Glass, paper, cardboard, wood, concrete, plastic, used motor oil and filters, ferrous and non-ferrous metal, aluminum and any other materials that are capable of being Recycled. Recyclable Material also includes any materials defined in Chapter 9.10 of the Municipal Code or City regulation.
