Common use of Recurring Transactions Clause in Contracts

Recurring Transactions. If you authorize a merchant to charge the Account for repeat or recurring transactions, you must notify the merchant if: (a) you want to discontinue the recurring transactions on the Account; (b) the Account is closed; or (c) the credit card number or Card expiration date changes. You authorize us to transfer recurring charges to any replacement Account; however, we are not responsible for discontinuing, transferring, or reinstating any repeat or recurring transactions and are not liable for any losses resulting from a repeat or recurring transaction not being discontinued, transferred, or reinstated.
