Recurring Billing. By the use of the SOBERLINK® device and/or the provision of the Service, and providing or designating a Payment Method, you authorize SOBERLINK to charge you periodical and/or recurring monthly fees, and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the Service to your Payment Method, until cancelled in writing by you. You acknowledge that the amount billed each month may vary from month to month for reasons that may include differing days per month, promotional offers, and/or changing or adding a Service, and you authorize us to charge your Payment Method for such varying amounts, which may be billed monthly in one or more charges.

By starting a paid Onshape subscription and providing or designating a Payment Method, Customer authorizes us to charge Customer a subscription fee at the then current rate, and any other charges Customer may incur (either directly or through its End Users) in connection with Customer’s and its End Users’ use of the Onshape Service, to Customer’s Payment Method. Customer acknowledges that the amount billed each period may vary for reasons that may include promotional offers, and/or changing a plan, and Customer authorizes us to charge Customer’s Payment Method for such varying amounts, which may be billed in one or more charges.
Recurring Billing. By enrolling in the recurring billing plan, you authorize us to charge you a participation fee to your Payment Method. You acknowledge that the amount billed may vary for reasons that may include (but are not limited to); changes in your age resulting in qualification for different age bracket, and you authorize us to charge your Payment Method for such varying amounts. Price Adjustments. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our services or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided in these Terms of Use, you will be clearly advised and will receive ample notice via email of price adjustments, any price adjustments to your services will take effect following email notice to you.

By choosing a recurring payment plan, you acknowledge that such Services have an initial and recurring payment feature , and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. WE MAY SUBMIT PERIODIC CHARGES (E.G., MONTHLY) WITHOUT FURTHER AUTHORIZATION FROM YOU, UNTIL YOU PROVIDE PRIOR NOTICE (RECEIPT OF WHICH IS CONFIRMED BY US) THAT YOU HAVE TERMINATED THIS AUTHORIZATION OR WISH TO CHANGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD. SUCH NOTICE WILL NOT AFFECT CHARGES SUBMITTED BEFORE WE REASONABLY COULD ACT. TO TERMINATE YOUR AUTHORIZATION OR CHANGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD, GO TO ACCOUNT SETTINGS.
Recurring Billing. By accepting this XXXX and providing a Payment Form, You authorize InkSoft to charge the then-current monthly fee and any other charges You may incur in connection with Your use of the Services to Your Payment Form. You acknowledge that the amount billed each month may vary for reasons that may include changes that You initiate to Your Services selection and changes to the Fees charged by InkSoft. You authorize us to charge Your Payment Form for such varying amounts. You acknowledge that Fees are billed and charged one month prior to the Services being provided and that Fees are fully earned upon payment and non-refundable.
Recurring Billing. Your Technical Support Services will include recurring billing if available in your region. If you currently have a Technical Support Services subscription, it will be updated to include recurring billing when that feature is available in your region. However, you can "deactivate" recurring billing at any time by going to the Algotive Account Management Portal.
Recurring Billing. I hereby authorize Home of Training to automatically xxxx our credit card for the Monthly Charge or as otherwise may be authorized by me in writing from time to time. I understand that the billing will begin on the Effective Date of the Agreement and will continue on the first business day each month thereafter unless I cancel the Home of Training Agreement by providing a written notice of cancellation to Home of Training. IN THE EVENT THAT I REVOKE THIS AUTHORIZATION PRIOR TO THE EXPIRATION OR TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT OR IF I INITIALIZE INSTRUCTIONS WITH MY CREDIT CARD TO REVERSE PAYMENT OF ANY CHARGE AUTHORIZED BY THIS FORM WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF HOME OF TRAINING, I AGREE TO PAY HOME OF TRAINING A PROCESSING FEE EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE CANCELLATION FEE LISTED ABOVE IN THIS CONTRACT. Recurring Billing. Some of the Paid Services may consist of an initial period, for which there is a one-time charge, followed by recurring period charges as agreed to by Xxxxxxxx. By choosing a recurring payment plan, Customer acknowledges that such Paid Services have an initial and recurring payment feature and accepts responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. To change or resign Paid Services at any time, Customers should go to their online subscriptions page or email Materialize at xxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. Subject to any limitations or restrictions in an applicable Order Form (including, e.g., applicable expiration dates for usage credits purchased), if Customer terminates a Paid Service before Customer has fully used or consumed such Paid Service, Customer may use such Paid Service until consumed; however, Customer will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the Fees paid for such Paid Service. Customer’s non-termination or continued use of a Paid Service reaffirms that Materialize or its authorized designee is authorized to charge Customer’s Payment Method for that Paid Service. Materialize or its authorized designee may submit those charges for payment and Customer will be responsible for such charges. This does not waive Materialize’s right to seek payment directly from Customer. Customer’s charges may be payable in advance, in arrears, per usage, or as otherwise described when Customer initially selected to use the Paid Service.
