Common use of Recurrent Training Clause in Contracts

Recurrent Training. We will provide training for you and the Facility’s manager if we determine that additional training for licensees and managers is necessary from time to time. Training will be held in our Territory or DIA’s U.S. training center or other locations. You will pay for your representative’s travel, lodging, meals, incidental expenses, compensation and benefits for this training. This training may be held in conjunction with a Chain conference.

Recurrent Training. Training will be held in our Territory or DIA’s U.S. training center or other locations. You will pay for your representative’s 's travel, lodging, meals, incidental expenses, compensation and benefits for this trainingtraining directly or through an ancillary services fee to us. This training may be held in conjunction with a Chain conference.
