Common use of Recurrent Illness Clause in Contracts

Recurrent Illness. An employee who returns from EIT and needs to be absent again within ten (10) calendar days for the same condition may continue with EIT pay.

Recurrent Illness. An If an employee who returns from EIT and needs to must be absent again within ten (10) calendar days for the same condition which justified the taking of EIT under Section 12.2, the employee may continue with access EIT payas if the condition had resulted in consecutive absences.
