Recruitment of General Agents. MGA and MGA's Broker shall use their best efforts to recruit General Agents. General Agents so recruited may not solicit the sale or allow their Producers to solicit the sale of Products, or receive commission for sales of Products by Producers, until Company, Distributor, General Agent and General Agent's Broker have executed an agreement between themselves, in a form acceptable to Company and Distributor, and Company and Distributor have appointed General Agent as an agent of Company.
