Common use of RECORDS USAGE, DUPLICATION AND REDISCLOSURE RESTRICTIONS Clause in Contracts

RECORDS USAGE, DUPLICATION AND REDISCLOSURE RESTRICTIONS. As required by the Privacy Act’s subsection 552a(o)(1)(H), HUD and DHS/FEMA agree to the following restrictions on use, duplication, and disclosure of information furnished by the other agency, and HUD agrees to pass on these requirements to CDBG-DR grantees when applicable:
