Records of Expenses. Contractor shall maintain reasonably detailed records of all work done on behalf of the County under this Agreement and of all expenses incurred for which Contractor seeks payment or reimbursement. Contractor shall promptly provide such records to the County upon request for inspection, copying, and audit.
