Employee represents and warrants that Employee will not take, or will have returned any of Employer’s property, including but not limited to computer data files and records, documents and tangible items pertaining to Employer, as well as all credit cards, keys, access codes and/or other records, documents or property as of the Termination Date.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Employee may retain his laptop computer and cell phone from Employer so long as they are not used in any manner which is inconsistent with the terms and conditions of the Termination Datethis Agreement.
