Common use of Records and Schedules of Equipment Clause in Contracts

Records and Schedules of Equipment. Borrowers shall keep accurate records itemizing and describing the kind, type, quality, quantity and value of their Equipment and all dispositions made in accordance with subsection 6.4(b) hereof, and shall furnish Lender with a current schedule containing the foregoing information on at least an annual basis and more often if requested by Lender. Immediately on request therefor by Lender, Borrowers shall deliver to Lender any and all evidence of ownership, if any, of any of the Equipment.
