Common use of Records and Reports; Retention of Records Clause in Contracts

Records and Reports; Retention of Records. Vendor shall prepare and submit financial, program progress, monitoring, evaluation, personnel, property and financial records and other reports as required by the City and in the format acceptable to the City to assure proper accounting of all WIA Grant funds. Vendor shall furnish such information which, in the judgment of the City’s Representative, may be relevant to questions of compliance with contractual conditions hereunder or granting agency directives, or with the effectiveness, legality and goals of the City’s WIA Programs. Vendor shall retain all records and reports required under this Section for a period of three (3) years after the termination of this Agreement.
