Recording, Reporting Sample Clauses

The RECORDING & REPORTING clause establishes the obligations of parties to document and communicate relevant information or activities related to the agreement. Typically, this clause requires one or both parties to maintain accurate records of transactions, performance, or compliance, and to provide regular reports or updates to the other party or a designated authority. By formalizing these requirements, the clause ensures transparency, facilitates monitoring, and helps prevent disputes by creating a clear record of actions and compliance throughout the contract term.
