Common use of Recording of Title Clause in Contracts

Recording of Title. The Lessee shall promptly and duly execute, deliver, file and record all such further counterparts of this Lease Agreement or such certificates, Bills of Sale, financing and continuation statements and other instruments as may be reasonably requested by the Lessor and take such further actions as the Lessor shall from time to time reasonably request, in order to establish, perfect and maintain the rights and remedies created or intended to be created in favor of the Lessor and the Secured Parties under this Lease Agreement and the Lessor's title to and interest in the Nuclear Material as against the Lessee or any third party in any applicable jurisdiction.
