Common use of Recording Costs and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Recording Costs and Expenses. Seller agrees to reimburse the Trustee or its designee all recording and filing fees and expenses incurred by the Trustee or its designee in connection with the recording or filing of the Mortgage Loan Documents listed in Section 3 of this Agreement, including Assignments. In the event Seller elects to engage a third-party contractor to prepare, complete, file and record Assignments with respect to Mortgage Loans as provided in Section 3 of this Agreement, Seller shall contract directly with such contractor and shall be responsible for such contractor's compensation and reimbursement of recording and filing fees and other reimbursable expenses pursuant to their agreement.
