Recorders. Both parties may designate one (1) non-participating member as described above to record minutes for their respective team. This person is in addition to the two (2) observers from each team's membership.

Recorders. For the academic year 2013/14 HMS is introducing a charge for recorders supplied for the Listen2Me programme. HMS was able to buy a large stock of recorders for L2M through Government funding. We were able to supply these free of charge and to be retained by the pupils using them. This stock has now run out. Rather than put the cost of all L2M up to cover providing new recorders each year we have decided that it would be best practice for schools to only pay for recorders if they use them. To this end we are offering to supply suitable quality recorders to schools that will be charged at £4.00 each. If the schools prefer, they can provide their own recorders for L2M sessions.
Recorders. ▇▇▇▇ will provide Client with the use of ▇▇▇▇ recorders (“Recorders”) as set forth on Orders entered into under this Agreement. All Recorders are for use solely by Participants in Classes and by Client personnel in providing Classes to those Participants. All use of the Recorders will also be solely in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and all applicable Guidelines.
