Recorder. A recorder shall be present at all meetings to provide accurate minutes of proceedings. These minutes shall be signed by the chairperson of the parties, attesting to their accuracy. The cost of said recorder shall be shared by both parties. This requirement may be waived upon agreement by both parties.
