RECORDAL. 2.1 The Seller is the registered owner of the Landland comprising the Development, as indicated on Appendix 2 hereto. 2.2 The Seller intends to install municipal services to the boundary of the Property as required in terms of the subdivision conditions. 2.3 The Seller wishes to sell the Property subject to the condition that the Purchaser will be obliged to improve the Property in accordance with the Buildings constructed thereon to provisions of the Purchaser as a turnkey product Building Agreement and upon the further terms and conditions of this Agreement.
