Record Sharing Sample Clauses

The Record Sharing clause establishes the terms under which parties may exchange or access records relevant to their agreement. Typically, it outlines what types of records are covered, the procedures for requesting and providing access, and any confidentiality or security measures that must be observed. This clause ensures that both parties have the necessary information to fulfill their obligations and helps prevent disputes by clarifying expectations around information sharing.
