Record Name. The Stockholder agrees that all Olicom Securities beneficially held by him will be held only in record name, and that he will not hold any such securities in "street" or nominee name. The Stockholder hereby agrees and consents to the entry of stop transfer instructions with Olicom's transfer agent against the transfer of any Olicom Securities held by the Stockholder except in compliance with this Agreement.
