Common use of Record Holders of Units Clause in Contracts

Record Holders of Units. The Company shall be entitled to treat the person in whose name any Units of the Company stand on the books of the Company as the absolute owner thereof and as a Member of the Company holding the interests evidenced by those Units. The Company shall not be bound to recognize any equitable or other claim to, or interest in, such Unit or Units on the part of any other person, whether or not the Company has express or other notice of any such claim.
