Common use of Record Documents Clause in Contracts

Record Documents. 8.5.1 The A/E shall prepare the Record Documents by revising the Contract Documents and related electronic files on the basis of the information contained on the As-Built Documents submitted by the Contractor and the A/E’s observations during the progress of the Project.
