Record and Time Keeping. 11.10.1 The office of the appropriate VP shall designate a responsible party to assist committee members and faculty through the process. The responsible party shall coordinate and distribute completed student, peer, ▇▇▇▇ and self-evals to committee members during LCW, coordinate electronic signature of materials, and send out reminder communications to committee members and faculty as per the schedule in Appendix X.
