Common use of Recommencement Clause in Contracts

Recommencement. Any suspension of the authority under clause 13.1 will cease on the Authorised Representative receiving written notification from the Licensee that the suspension has ceased. The Authorised Representative may then recommence acting as the Licensee's authorised representative in accordance with this agreement and the Business Revenue that was suspended in accordance with clause 13.1(b) will be lifted.
