Common use of Recommencement Clause in Contracts

Recommencement. The parties may at any time after the Distributor has given notice under clause 6.5.1 in respect of any Point of Connection or Points of Connection agree in writing that the provisions of Option 1 or Option 2 (as the case may be) will again apply, whereupon those sections will again be applicable in respect of that Point of Connection or those Points of Connection.
