RECOGNITION‌ Section 4.1 Recognition. (A) The City hereby agrees to recognize The Union, as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for the purpose of collective bargaining in any and all matters relating to wages, hours, and working conditions of all employees in the bargaining unit as described in Appendix A. (B) The Union hereby agrees to abide by the procedures and policies as set forth in this Contract.
