RECOGNITION OF LAWS. It is clearly understood and agreed that the exercise of any power or duty delegated to or imposed by law upon the Superintendent of Schools and/or the Board of Education, including, but not limited to, actions taken pursuant to Section 3012 of the Education law, shall not be subject to the grievance procedure set forth in this Article.
