Common use of RECOGNITION (continued) Clause in Contracts

RECOGNITION (continued). Provided the Association files such a request with the Board within ten (10) workdays after receipt of such notice, the Board will meet with representatives of the Association. The Association may present its views on the proposed policy(s) to the Board at this meeting. It is the intent of this clause to provide the Association with an opportunity to express its opinions which will not be binding on the Board. Such policy shall not be adopted until the regular Board meeting following the notification to the Association.
