Recognised systems Clause Samples

The 'Recognised systems' clause defines the standards, protocols, or methodologies that are officially accepted and must be followed within the scope of the agreement. In practice, this clause specifies which industry standards, technical procedures, or regulatory frameworks are to be used for performing certain tasks or delivering services, such as using ISO-certified processes or government-approved safety measures. Its core function is to ensure consistency, reliability, and compliance by mandating the use of established and reputable systems, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes over acceptable practices.
Recognised systems. The recognised systems for job grading are Basys and Hay. The classification of the jobs in the different job groups, as described in Article 6.8, is based on the job grading in accordance with Basys. Your job has been or will be classified in one of the job groups. Your employer is however free to use a different method for job grading providing the method can be correlated to one of the above-mentioned systems for job grading. The CLA parties test this and establish whether this provision is met. Salary system and salary
