Common use of Reclassifications Clause in Contracts

Reclassifications. (4) Unless inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement, the entitlement of employees covered by this Agreement as contained in awards, certified agreements, Commission orders, determinations or directives made under the Public Service Act 2008 effective at the date this Agreement operates from shall not be reduced for the life of this Agreement.
