– RECLASSIFICATION FOLLOWING CANCELLATION DUE TO INACTIVITY. If a Distributor's Agreement is cancelled due to inactivity and he or she is on the Company's Distributor Autoship program, the Autoship Agreement shall remain in force and the former Distributor shall be reclassified as a Preferred Customer. If the cancelled Distributor was not on the Autoship program, he or she will be entitled to continue purchasing products directly from the company at the discounted Preferred Customer prices.
