Adherence to Laws. At all times during the performance of this Agreement, the Parties shall strictly adhere to all applicable federal and state laws, rules, and regulations that have been or may hereafter be established, including, but not limited to state and federal laws respecting discrimination and unfair employment practices.

For the duration of the subsidy, the Employer shall comply with all federal, provincial, territorial, municipal and other applicable laws governing the Employer including but not limited to, statutes, regulations, by-laws, rules, ordinances and decrees. Adherence to Laws. Consultant agrees that in carrying out its duties and responsibilities under this Agreement, it will neither undertake nor cause, nor permit to be undertaken, any activity which either (i) is illegal under any laws, decrees, rules, or regulations in effect in either the United States or foreign country if applicable; or (ii) would have the effect of causing the Corporation to be in violation of any laws, decrees, rules, or regulations in effect in either the United States or foreign country, if applicable.
