An employee or a group of employees may request a position to be 3 reclassified for the following reasons: 4 (1) An employee’s position is not assigned to the appropriate job 5 classification, or 6 (2) A significant or gradual change in an employee’s on-going duties 7 or responsibilities over a period of at least one-year, or 8 (3) Reorganization or council action causes the duties of a position to 9 change. 10 B. An employee is not eligible to submit a reclassification request if it has 11 been less than twelve (12) months since the date of a previous classification determination for the 12 position, or (1) the employee is on probation; or
