Reclassification Adjustment. In case of any reclassification or --------------------------- change of the outstanding securities of the Company at any time and from time to time on or after the date hereof, the holder of this Warrant, upon the exercise or exchange hereof at any time after the consummation of such reclassification or change, shall be entitled to receive, in lieu of the stock or other securities and property receivable upon the exercise or exchange hereof prior to such consummation, the stock or other securities or property to which such holder would have been entitled upon such consummation if such holder had exercised or exchanged this Warrant immediately prior thereto, all subject to further adjustment as provided in this Section 2.
Reclassification Adjustment. 34 9.4.1 The committee shall determine the effective date of the reclassification to be 35 retroactive to July 1st or the first working day of the unit member of the current school 36 year. 37 1 ARTICLE 10. Employees must notify the District in 13 writing of their intentions to work the extended year by April 1 of each year. 15 10.4 A bargaining unit member shall, receive, on a prorata basis, not less than the 16 compensation and benefits which are applicable to that classification during the regular 17 academic year. The provisions of Article 14 (Leaves of Absence) shall be applicable to 18 summer, intersession or extended year employment.

Reclassification Adjustment. 3 9.4.1 Should the committee approve reclassification to a position in a higher salary 4 range, step placement in the new range shall be not less than the equivalent to a 5% 5 increase to the incumbent’s current pay and shall be retroactive to November 1st. 7 9.4.2 In those cases where a position has been reclassified to a lower salary range or 9 in that position until such time as the bargaining unit member vacates the position, rather 10 than be reduced in pay. The lower salary range shall apply to new bargaining unit 11 members subsequently assigned to the position after such reclassification. 12 1 ARTICLE 10. SUMMER, INTERSESSION & EXTENDED SCHOOL YEAR 2 EMPLOYMENT 4 10.1 When the District maintains school sessions at times other than during the 5 academic year (summer, intersession or extended school year), it shall first offer available 6 assignments to those employees in the classifications available at the selected sites for 7 that session. 1.1 Should an employee decline the assignment or fail to respond to the offer by the 10 deadline, the District shall fill vacancies in accordance with Article 7.
