The recitals set forth above are incorporated into this Second Amendment and shall be deemed to be terms and provisions hereof, the same as if fully set forth in this Section 1. Capitalized terms that are not otherwise defined in this Second Amendment shall have the same meanings ascribed to such terms in the Lease.
