Frontier is a telecommunications company authorized to provide telecommunications services in the State of Oregon; and Carrier is a telecommunications company authorized by the Commission to provide local exchange telecommunications services in the State of Oregon; and The Parties have in good faith negotiated, and agreed on local Interconnection terms and conditions as set forth below; and In consideration of the mutual provisions contained herein and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, Carrier and Frontier hereby covenant and agree as follows:
