Common use of Recision Clause in Contracts

Recision. If the Lessor shall be unable to give ▇▇▇▇▇▇(s) occupancy of the premises at the commencement of the tenancy for any reason or if damage by fire or other casualty renders the premises uninhabitable, then this lease shall terminate at the election of either party upon written notice. Lessor shall be under no obligation to make available to Lessee any apartment other than the apartment specified in this Lease Agreement.
