Recipient Shall Have Insurance. The Recipient shall put in effect and maintain until the Expiration Date of this Agreement at its own expense or arrange for its Consultant or Contractor to have all necessary insurance that would be considered appropriate for the Project and shall ensure that there is Commercial General Liability Insurance, for third party bodily injury, personal injury and property damage to an inclusive limit of not less than the amount indicated in Part B.2 of Schedule “B” of this Agreement per occurrence with insurers with an A.M.
