Recipient group Clause Samples

The 'Recipient group' clause defines the specific individuals or entities who are authorized to receive certain information, benefits, or rights under an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines whether the recipient is a single party, a group of affiliated companies, or designated employees, and may set boundaries on further sharing or use. By clearly identifying the scope of recipients, the clause ensures that sensitive information or contractual benefits are only accessible to intended parties, thereby protecting confidentiality and preventing unauthorized distribution.
