Recent Contracts Sample Clauses

The "Recent Contracts" clause defines which contracts or agreements are considered recent for the purposes of the document. Typically, this clause sets a specific time frame—such as contracts entered into within the past year or two—and may require the disclosure or review of these contracts. For example, a party might need to list all contracts signed in the last 12 months that could affect the current agreement. The core function of this clause is to ensure transparency and allow parties to assess any ongoing obligations or potential conflicts arising from recent contractual commitments.
