Common use of Receiving Remuneration Clause in Contracts

Receiving Remuneration. 5.1. Remuneration shall be transferred to the Challenge Winner through the Platform, less the Platform commission fee as specified in clause 3.4 of the Agreement within three (3) business days after the end of the Challenge Duration.‌ 5.2. Remuneration shall not be a prerequisite for the Challenge. The Challenge Organizer shall have the right to organize a Challenge without Remuneration, which must be reported at the place where the Challenge is announced.
