Receiving Remuneration Sample Clauses
The Receiving Remuneration clause defines the terms under which one party is entitled to receive payment or compensation for goods, services, or work performed. It typically outlines the amount, timing, and method of payment, and may specify conditions that must be met before remuneration is provided, such as completion of deliverables or submission of invoices. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of payment expectations, reducing the risk of disputes over compensation and promoting timely and accurate financial transactions.
