Receiving Hours Sample Clauses

The Receiving Hours clause defines the specific days and times during which deliveries or shipments can be accepted at a designated location. Typically, this clause outlines the business hours or particular time windows when goods may be received, and may exclude weekends or holidays to prevent attempted deliveries outside of operational periods. By clearly establishing when deliveries are permitted, this clause helps avoid missed shipments, reduces confusion for carriers, and ensures efficient coordination between suppliers and recipients.
